ONGC falls on lower oil prices
Shares of the oil and gas production and exploration company are down 2% today.This comes at a time when the oil prices are trading at a five-month low. Lower oil prices could dent oil companies’ profitability. Brent crude oil prices have dropped 11% in the last five sessions amid concerns of oversupply and weak demand.
Sandur Manganese rises on bonus issue proposal
Shares of the manganese and iron ore miner rose more than 11% intraday after the company said it plans to consider a bonus issue proposal for its shareholders. The company’s board is scheduled to meet on 18th December 2023.
SpiceJet hits upper circuit on capital raise
Shares of the airline’s operator hit a 20% upper circuit today. This rise comes after the company announced that its board of directors will meet on 11 December to discuss options for raising fresh capital through issue of equity shares.
Domes IPO to open on 13th December
The IPO of Doms Industries, the stationery and art products manufacturer will be open for subscription between 13th to 15th December. The company has set a price band of ₹750-790 per share for its public issue. It plans to raise ₹1,200 crore through this IPO.
