:star: Zydus Life share buyback date announced
Zydus Lifesciences said that its ₹600 crore share buyback will open on 29 February and close on 6 March. Zydus Life’s board agreed to repurchase 59.7 lakh equity shares, representing 0.59% of the company’s total paid-up equity capital via the tender offer route. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ₹1,005 a piece.

:star: Lemon Tree rises on inking two agreements
Shares of the hospitality company are up today. This comes after it signed two new properties in Rajasthan and Vijayawada. The properties will open in FY26 and will be managed by Lemon Tree’s wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
