Adani Green and Total Energies form $300 mn renewable JV
Adani Green Energy and French company Total Energies have signed an agreement to create a 50:50 JV with a 1,050 MW portfolio of solar and wind power assets. Total Energies also holds 19.75% of Adani Green Energy. The JV will support Adani Green’s vision of building a renewable capacity of 45 GW by 2030.
Sheela Foam launches QIP issue
Sheela Foam has opened its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue at a floor price of ₹1,134 per share, which is at a 3% discount to yesterday’s closing price. The company aims to raise funds for its expansion plans and to strengthen its financial position in the market.
EMS Ltd lists at 33% premium
The logistics company made its debut on the NSE and BSE on Thursday. The company’s shares listed at ₹282.05 per share on the NSE, which is 33.7% higher than the issue price of ₹211.
West Coast Paper gets approval for acquisition
Shares of the paper products manufacturer are up 3.8% today. This comes after the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the company’s plan to acquire plywood maker Uniply Decor.
