:star: Whirlpool India shares fall on stake sale buzz
Shares of the home appliances company are down more than 3% today. Reports claim that a promoter entity of Whirlpool India has offloaded 24% for more than ₹4,000 crore.

:star: Deepak Fertilisers surges on inking long-term deal
The company has signed a long-term agreement with Norway-based Equinor for supplying Liquefied Natural Gas. The agreement entails annual supplies of up to 650,000 tons over a period of 15 years, starting 2026. The LNG will be delivered to the west coast of India, and the company is at an advanced stage of tying up the regasification terminal. The gas pipeline grid connectivity to the company’s plant is already in place.

:star: Ramkrishna Forgings gains on bagging $220 million order
The company said that it had bagged a contract worth $220 million. The contract, which spans across a decade, marks the company’s foray into a new segment in the forging industry. It includes supplying products to Light Vehicle businesses across North America.

Shares of Waaree RTL jumped more than 5% to ₹4650 per share after the company secured a new order for construction of a solar plant for 980 MW.
