Quess Corp hits 52-week high on demerger announcement
Shares of Quess Corp rose more than 16% today after the company’s board approved spinning off of its business operations into three independent entities to unlock value. The company will demerge into three entities, namely Quess Corp Ltd., Digitide Solutions Ltd, and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd.
PB Fintech surges on approval to sell reinsurance products
This comes after the fintech platform’s subsidiary Policybazaar Insurance Broker received in-principle approval from IRDAI to sell reinsurance products.
CRISIL soars post strong Q3 results
This comes after it reported a strong set of Q3 numbers on Friday post the market hours. The company’s Q3 net profit was up 33% year-on-year to ₹210 crore. This was aided by a 11.6% rise in income from operation to ₹917 crore.
