SGB application number is N/A

Hi,

I had applied for SGB in Series-III today. On the SGB page on the app/website, it says Awaiting Allotment but I see the application number as N/A? Why is that? Why is there no application number assigned to the application. Neither did I receive any email from your side confirming the order/application submission.
Please someone check and update.
