Querying expired instruments data is throwing 401 error

Hi Team,

As per the documentation, i have the plus subscription and trying to download the hostoric data but its throwing a 401 error. pasting the snippet of the swagger error as well here. I have tried with phython script and seeing the same error. I was able to query other data. Any help or guidance is appreciated
