Today portfolio stream feed stopped emitting ticks. The websocket didn’t error out or got disconnected, just went silent. The problem persisted after app restart.
This led to losses as I couldn’t exit while the trade was profitable. I thought there was some bug in my code, but the ticker was not emitting the events.
Kindly work on the stability of existing APIs before adding value layers on top.

This is an anomaly. Could you help me out with the time & scrip? Shall have it checked. Allso v2 or v3?
It is not market feed. it is portfolio feed. it emits updates about orders and positions. timing would be from 10.30 am i guess. I’m travelling so don’t have access to the exact time.
This is the first time it has happened for portfolio feed.
Let me have the team get a check on this!
