Order not place in nifty

I use Algo Rooms software but since Friday orders are not being placed in Nifty options by Algo Rooms software so it is Upstox’s problems

And this SMS has come from Algo Rooms

Dear users,

There is some api related issue with upstox broker. Only Nifty strategies are not running in it. We are in contact with broker to get the issue resolved.

There’s no issue on Upstox’s end preventing you from trading. We’re already in discussion with AlgoRooms, and this should be resolved soon.

Hello @shanmu . Is automated trading allowed? Lets say i have an entry condition. If the condition is satsified, can the algo automatically execute the order?
