Not able to generate access token in active app getting logout

I have created an app under active tab, whenever I tried to generate the access token in active app clicks on generate token getting logout every time.

why it is happening?

Are you being logged out of the Upstox website after generating an API access token?

Could you share a video recording of the process along with your 6-digit user ID so we can investigate further?
