New Additions to the BSE SME IPO Index

Two new stocks have made their debut in the BSE SME IPO Index:

  • GB Logistics Commerce Limited (Ticker: 544348)
  • H.M. Electro Mech Limited (Ticker: 544349)

Effective February 1, 2025, these companies were included in the index. But what does that mean for investors?

What is the BSE SME IPO Index?

This index tracks newly listed SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) on BSE, giving investors a way to gauge their performance post-listing. Being part of an index often brings more visibility, institutional interest, and potential trading volume.

About the companies:

  • GB Logistics Commerce Limited provides road transportation logistics services.
  • H.M. Electro Mech Limited is an infrastructure firm specialising in turnkey projects.

What to watch next?
Index inclusions can lead to short-term price movements as funds tracking the index may adjust their holdings. You can check back in a few weeks to see how these stocks perform against the broader SME IPO Index and whether their inclusion has had any impact.
