Need to integrate LTP api in my app

We are exploring a deep integration with Upstox to power LTP and historical market data inside our app.

Specifically, we are interested in:

  • LTP API for equities and indices

  • Appropriate rate limits and commercial/usage terms for production use

  • Any branding, compliance, or review requirements for third‑party apps using your APIs

Our intended use case is non-brokerage, data-centric to start with (analytics, alerts, and intelligence), with a potential roadmap to enable our user’s to import holdings in our app for monitoring and analytics.

Could you please share:

  1. Documentation or guidelines specific to third‑party/fintech partners

  2. Any partnership or approval requirements for going live

  3. A point of contact for further technical and business discussions

I went through that thread. Just want to confirm one thing. Will there be any problem if i do the authentication on my backend and then expose an api to all the client app to consume LTP? This way client dont have to go through login everyday for just LTP.

@ANKIT_5851260 All APIs are subject to rate limits. Please refer to the Rate Limiting guidelines and use the APIs accordingly. Thanks

Hey @Anand_Sajankar, is there any official way to integrate upstox api particularly for data access? I dont want to go with daily login hassle basically a long lived token for data api’s. Or if possible can you connect me with sales team.
