By mistake I registered for algo trading boot camp. I wanted to cancel Algo Trading boot camp and want refund for the same. I raised ticket on 16 April still there is no confirmation or update of refund. Reference ticket ID 9154219. But there is no help from Upstox customer service.
Can anyone help me on this

Why is a simple refund request being dragged for weeks?
I raised a cancellation and refund request for the Algo Trading Boot Camp on 16th April — Ticket ID: 9154219. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for a basic confirmation or update. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable.
I’ve reached out to your chat support team multiple times, and all I keep hearing is the same generic response: “We’ve highlighted your case to the concerned team.” That’s not a solution. That’s just passing the responsibility around with no real action. Even worse, I haven’t received a single official email or written proof that my request is being genuinely processed.
How long does it really take to review and process a refund for a training program? This isn’t a complicated issue. The lack of accountability, transparency, and communication is extremely frustrating and shows poor customer service.
I expect this issue to be resolved TODAY. Either process the refund or give me a clear, documented response with a timeline. Enough of the back and forth—I need action, not excuses.
