I want to deactivate MTF in my account, how can I do that?

Please note that there isnā€™t a deactivation process. You can simply not place a MTF order and place only a regular order instead. Hope this helps.

Hello,

Creating an unnecessary pop-up during app opening, I also accidentally activated MTF on my account.

The deactivate option is not available. This is totally unacceptable.

Provide option to deactivate MTF on account or do the action from your end on top priority.

We understand your concern. Currently, there isnā€™t an option to deactivate MTF. However, please be assured that if you choose not to use MTF, there are no charges and it wonā€™t impact your overall experience on the platform.
