Limit order not working like market order in chart 360 during order slicing

Yesterday when I placed order with limit price higher than LTP for quantities of 1020 Sensex 79600 PE at 3:12pm during order slicing, the order got converted to GTT order. It should have been placed as market order, as its limit price was higher than LTP. But the order was not placed. I am attaching the screenshot.
