You can download the trading journal and start using it right away. The sheet is protected only in the formula cells to keep calculations accurate — all input fields viz. Date, Script name, etc. are fully editable.

Only the summary and formula cells (which auto-calculate your P&L and metrics) are locked.

Feel free to start entering your data — everything else should work smoothly!
