Hello, I have been repeatedly making complaints regarding the sorting issue in watchlist which has been not resolved for long. i will state the problem here as well for your better understanding, after the introduction of Dynamic sorting option in pro.upstox, which is really of no use, whenever you sort the watchlist for eg: from high to low % , it gets sort in that pattern, but as you press the same button again as there maybe changes in % of various scripts in watchlist, the sorting doesn’t happen, and you may be in illusion that sorting has happened , you need to press the button again for couple of time till the time sorting in desired pattern occurs. This issue is really frustrating.
Furthermore , the sorting doesn’t remains intact if the browser has been refreshed of restart, sorting has returned to whatever original form it was. For eg, the sorting is in random position, you sort it to % high to low sorting, or lets say Price high to low pattern, the sorting has happened in desired pattern, and you refresh the browser or close the browser to reopen it, you will notice that the stocks in sorted watchlist has returned back to the pre sorting position. This is irritating and frustrating. It was not the case earlier in web based “Pro.upstox” app. This problem has started after new mobile app was introduced where the watchlist inst getting sync with web based application , and hence it isnt working properly and not getting saved in desired sort pattern.
Please look into above matter, I have made numerous complaint regarding this glitch, which looks to be small and not important, but it is very important who tracks many stocks.
