Issue with "Show 30 Depth" - TBT Engine Unavailable Error

Hello Everyone,

I am experiencing an issue while using the platform. When I click on the “Show 30 Depth” option, I receive the following error message:

“TBT Engine features temporarily unavailable, retry later.”

Has anyone else faced this problem? If so, could you please suggest any solutions or workarounds?

I’d appreciate any insights or updates regarding this issue.

Hi @Sanjay_Jain, @shaanchopra, @athma_prathisti, @Jagdish_j_ptl,

Please note that NSE will be operating market data services from its Disaster Recovery (DR) site. During this period, the TBT engine will be unavailable. Normal operations from the Primary site will resume after 14th March, and the TBT engine will be functional again at that time.
