hi.. still rs.20 per order getting applied on API calls from my algo.. plz chk and resolve.. upstox customer support no ready answer regarding this issue.. and here also no one replying my queries since 3 days..

We have checked your case, and you are being charged the correct ₹10 brokerage when orders are placed through the API.
On 1st September, you placed 24 orders via the API, and all were charged ₹10 brokerage each.
However, on 2nd September, your orders were placed through the Pro Web platform and not the API, which is why you were charged brokerage accordingly.

hi.. yes you are right.. api trades charged with rs.10/- .. i was not clear bcz of mixed trades, both manual and algo.. thanks for clarification..

When you placed the buy order through the API, you were charged ₹10. When you placed the sell order via the platform, you were charged ₹30, as you are subscribed to the Plus plan. This resulted in a total brokerage of ₹40.

If you had placed the sell order through the api, your total brokerage would have been ₹20.
