Intra Day Data lagging / missing data

Hi team,

1. On 4:35:19 UTC I am getting data for 10:04 IST candel in 1 mnt time frame

2. Again,on 4:35:25 UST I a
   m getting data for 09:58 IST candel in 1 mnt time frame .

3)After that,
on 4:35:32 UST I am getting data for 10:04 IST candel in 1 mnt time frame .

Instrument id - SAMMAANCAP

This lagging data or suddenly some missing data creating huge problem in my strategy
Please atleast solve point 2 issue provide continuous data..
