Iam unable to pause my mutual fund. Pause button is not active

Please note that Quant AMC does not allow users to pause their SIP.

Hi, why the pause is not enabled and show the below error….since it mentions that you are allowed to pause for 2 more months, still it does not allow. Ticket no 9515406

Thanks but I am sorry to say this that the issue is pending for long and every time I have been on phone with executive it has been a disappointing experience and everyone speaks a different story. Also many times I have asked them to reply on mails but the service team avoids replying on mail, I don’t know why? If you look at the mail chain of ticket no. you will come to know that how many mails I have sent and the number of upstox replies. The last time I had a word with your team on Thursday and even after asking them to reply, it was me who checked the issue and replied. It feels like upstox enjoys harassing customer. If you look at my last mail, the executive asked me that for kotak it is possible to pause SIPs twice and when I checked it is still the same. I think that upstox doesn’t value time because pausing an SIP is a time sensitive matter and sitting on a ticket for 45 days does not make sense.
