History Candles data not available ending up with issues 'no candles data available '

Hi Team, I am trying to do the back testing with history candles data.

Unfortunately I am unable to get the history candles data due to data unavailability. (Subscribed for Upstox Pro). Could you please confirm how can I get the data from Jun2025 to Oct 2025 for Bank Nifty F&O and Crude oil as of now?

Getting the he result as No candles data available.

Hi @bhargavireddy, Could you please share the request details for which you are getting empty candles?

For Bank Nifty F&O, you should have received the candle data. However, for Crude Oil, no data is available since the MCX exchange is currently not supported for expired instruments.
