Generate access token Manually error

After clicking the generate button, the website takes me to the login page. After logging in, the website takes me back to my account settings ( i see no access token)

this never-ending loop Is this a bug or what?
But yesterday it was working; after click the generate button, I instantly got the access token
what should i do now help

My problem is solved, thus there is no need to respond to the team.

Solution for those facing Go to Settings > Profile > My Trading Account Segments/Block Account > Reactivate Segments after providing the latest images of my face and KYC (if needed)

It usually takes four days (my took three). I sent photographs on Sunday, and Sunday holiday, otherwise team would complete in two days or same day, really hardworking team, thank you people.
