Franklin India Liquid fund Redemption time is too high

On 15th Jan Thursday 9:20 p.m. I had placed a request for redemption of Franklin India’s Liquid fund. Till date the money has not been credited to my account. What is the issue? Further, I have not received any SMS and/ or email from Upstox of this order? Is this happening?

As I said, I have not received any SMS and/ or email of the redemption request that I had raised. I have shared the date and time of raising the request plus the screenshot in Open orders tab.
