Even after 3 days of raising request for the Easiest Account Authentication, Upstox is not authenticating the easiest account

I have raised the request for CDSL easiest registration 3 days back , still I have not got the mail, Ticket ID: 9418487

I have got the mail for password last night, now please authenticate as trusted account on CDSL, then only I can proceed ahead , waiting for the same to be done, pls find attached, status as it states ‘Pending for authentication’ , it should be ‘Authenticated by DP’ @Ushnota - pls help here
