@vinod_mokashi The error code means Invalid user info, It seems you are using wrong mobile number associated with the UCC shared. Please try with correct number and then try with relogin

I am using correct credentials because if I try to login directly, without going through my app itā€™s working fine. The issue is only when redirected from my app with client_id.

By the way, I just created the app Today.

Hi @Ketan - My user ID is - 76BM4K, and regarding the time I am still seeing this issue, just checked 5 minutes back.

Could you please share the cURL request you are using to log in? It seems that the login request for the user ID mentioned above did not reach our servers.

Well, all I am trying is a simple get call in the browser, not using curl or any other tools yet.

Not sure if itā€™s safe to share the client_id in the forum, but the client_id is created through 76BM4K account.

@Vinod_Kumar, You are entering the incorrect phone number. In the video, you are using 99xxxxxx12, but the correct number associated with your given client ID is 97xxxxxx66
