Posting here in regards to adding trusted user on CDSL easi portal
Have registered the request on portal last Saturday and it’s been more than 4 days since it’s still pending for authentication from upstox.
My last ticket #9607077 closed without any resolution.
Have raised a new ticket#9611130 for the issue.
Please check and do the needful.

This is so pathetic service from upstox. I am following up simultaneously through the ticket and and the forum but still my issue is not resolved.
