The option chain data automatically disappears in the live market. Which shows black screen for 10-15 minutes. And this happens 3-4 times a day

Could you please provide more details regarding the issue you’re encountering?
Are you using our API, or are you subscribed to our WebSocket api? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share your code for further investigation.

I am using api. What happens is that the daily option chain data at 9:30 am is not visible. And this is happening 3-4 times daily. Sir I cannot share the code. Very sorry for that.

Sir, our code is working properly. But your API is not working at a particular time which is 9:30 to 10:00.
We have to face this problem daily.
