In upstox web showing change new pin while trading,please change to non trading market hour

Sometime while you trade, it automatically logs you out and then when you login it asks you to change pin. It happens in between the trade there is no specific event that we can record it.

I am also being logged out multiple times a day. It is a daily occurrence for me. I havenāt observed any fixed pattern that I can share with you but I get logged during trading hours which is highly frustrating if youāre in a trade.
How often this happens: Daily occurrence over the past month.
How many times: At least twice during regular trading hours in a day, and sometimes even more. Today, it happened 3 times, which is when I started drafting this message.
Currently, I am using 1Cliq to place orders most of the time because of the unpredictability of when the system will log me out. Please get this sorted.
I generally log in to pro.upstox.com / tv.upstox.com and generate a token in 1cliq before the market opens for trading around 9 AM. The orders are working seamlessly in 1cliq throughout the day until the token generation the next day. Please ensure the same behaviour in tv.upstox.com

Just got logged out once more now at 3:09 PM. Overall, 4 times i got logged out while trading today.

wait this happened to me also, i also reported it multiple times. look i have uploaded proof
this is happening from one year!!! and no one is looking into this.

Got logged out b/w 12:30 PM - 12:45 PM today as well. This is a deal breaker guys. I cannot commit to Upstox if it logs me out in the middle of the trading hours.
I am happy to spend time here with you to help resolve this issue but need a resolution soon.

It happened once yesterday, but the number of times the logout happens has reduced by quite a bit. I made one change from my end - Earlier I used to login in Chrome and generate upstox token for 1Cliq in Brave browser. Now doing everything in single browser(Brave). Did you deploy any fix?
Meanwhile please explain what is the expected behaviour so that I can work in ideal conditions to ensure trading is seamless.
a) What is the simulataneous sessions that can run? Can mobile, iPad and Web sessions run concurrently?
b) How does the system treat API sessions (Ex: Using 1Cliq or other Algo providers)
Happened twice yesterday. Today it happened at around 09:50 AM while I was in the trade. It is unnecessary anxiety and mental bandwidth I need to expend to get back to seeing the charts again.
Please offer me a solution so I can continue trading without interruptions.
