Api is not showing any type of data

I have tried everything and now I am really getting frustrated bcz nothing is working for me

There is no data showing in api .
Its my humble request to you guys to contact me via call or anything bcz I want a solution.

We’ve responded to this query before. Kindly use an index instrument key instead of an option contract instrument key to retrieve the option chain.
