Your suggestion has been acknowledged. Currently, we do not possess an API for the requested information.

Banned/Suspended stocks will be available next week. We will update the documentation and let you know.
We have published a list of suspended stocks in a JSON format that is refreshed daily, similar to other BOD files. We encourage you to try it and share your feedback with us.
