Yesterday got call from Upstox and that asked to go thru this site -
And asked to do Online Validation.
BUT - the 2nd Chart / column details are not getting opened - which is below the copyright@2012 line. You can check this on Mobile by opening NSEKRA.COM and just change the Select KYC option to Individual.
For me its not opening at all in my Laptop and in Mobile its getting disappeared within micro second.
Our money, our issues and our time is NOT important, Only getting customers is important.
If a customers KYC is NOT validated Is it not the duty of the Demat service provider to notify the customers often to get it validated. Call them, send emails notify them to get the KYC done.
Can we do this -

i had mailed Dotex (under which for my PAN its showing E-mail & Mobile validation failed. THEY ASKED TO CONTCT the Broker
@sushantn first identify which KRA agency is assigned to your PAN, is you can find their nearest centre at your place go there and submit PAN and AAdhar card attested photocopy, and your photo plus you have to fill in a form, BUT alll this will take time and then they will submit/data enter youe details and then you will recieve a email link and an sms link to verify your email and mobile. then it will be sent for modification, later your KRA Agency will verify they will send it to the Exchange i guess, but all this will take time i guess. I submitted on 2nt Saturday and got the links on email and mobile on monday 4th then connected with the KRa long wait but anyhow connected and requested them to push they have updated the KYC veification, but the excahnge may take time, connecting with the exchange wont be possible thats were we need the help of UPSTOX i think @Ushnota may help but i think it will take time, and we may end up losing money if any held positions in trade. call me on 8830740735 if u can
Its Dotex - dont know how / why it went there. Not able to find any Center in India itself…
Had taken Bank Nifty FNO positions on last Friday - Today is Expiry Already into Losses…
i think opening dmat with new broker will be done soon and can re-start trading. Once this is resolved - May Be by 30th Sept. - will close all these accounts.
I am not able to place order as it’s showing 16585; Not a Valid account number error.
Aadhar and PAN is already linked and reflection in Upstox too. Please do the needful.

The rejection is from the Exchange and it could be because of KYC validation pending.

Once you raise a ticket, let us know the ID and we will get in touch with you soon.

i had got a all from Upstox Customer Care few mins back, he informed that, they will be doing “validation” and sending details to NSE - All this process might take 10 working days, And Hopefully i can expect my Dmat Account “un-blocking” as of 21st Sept. 2023.
Hope so this works out, keeping my fingers crossed as no option other than to wait n watch.
