Unable to access my Upstox a/c on laptop today 17th Feb 2026

Hello,

Suddenly, I am unable to access Upstox on laptop.

On entering the registered mobile number, the OTP was sent to my wife’s mobile number. I have not updated my Upstox a/c with her number. On checking my Upstox profile on Mobile, the registered number is mine.

On retrying, I am being asked to Sign up not Sign in. Please advise.

Please let me know if you may need any additional information.

Today I was able to log in to the portal via laptop without any issue. The OTP was directed to the registered number.

However, please do advise the team to investigate why yesterday the OTP was delivered to a non-registered number.

Hello Ushnota,

To keep you posted, today I requested for OTP twice consecutively.

On both the instances, the OTP was delivered on the registered mail ID only and not on the registered mobile number.
