:star: Reliance enters into joint-venture with Superdry
Reliance Brands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has entered into a joint-venture agreement with British retailer Superdry for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. The deal is worth 40 million euros and gives Reliance Brands a 76% stake in the joint venture.

:star: Hero MotoCorp surges on strong bookings
Shares of the two-wheeler manufacturer rose 2% intraday. The company announced that it received 13,688 bookings for its Karizma XMR and plans to deliver them from this month onwards.

:star: Nazara Tech soars on acquisition
Shares of the gaming and e-sports company jumped over 6% intraday after its subsidiary acquired 100% stake in a game marketing agency PublishME for $2 million.

:star: Deepak Nitrite rises on new venture
Shares of the chemicals manufacturer are up by 1.1%. This came after the company announced its entry into the project engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, management and consultancy services through a wholly owned subsidiary.
