Step-Up SIP Not Activated Despite Completion of Step-Up Period

I had opted for a Step-Up SIP with a 1-year increment option. However, even after completing 12 monthly installments, the SIP amount has not increased and continues to be deducted at the initial amount.

As per the selected step-up frequency, the revised amount should have been applied after the completion of one year. Kindly look into this issue and let me know why the step-up has not been activated.

Please resolve this at the earliest.
