As soon as you switch to another tab or another window. chart stops moving and when you open tab again it starts moving from that point of time. Let say if you opened another brower at 2:15 and switch back to tv platform at 2:30. You will see new candle from 2:30 and all the candles between 2:15 to 2:30 will not be printed on chart. you need to refresh chart to get latest data.
And this is happening in 1 minute timeframe. I have not checked on other timeframework.
