Hi Upstox Team,
Due to an unanticipated bank holiday declared on 15 January 2026, SIPs scheduled for that day were deducted twice, once on 15 January 2026 and again on 16 January 2026.
3/3 SIP Mandates which came on 15 January 2026 were successfully paid off from the account.
While 2/3 SIP Mandates which came on 16 January 2026 Failed due to insufficient account balance.
Hence due to this 2/3 Mandate Failures, ACH Return Penalty Charges were deducted from my bank account on 4 February 2026.
Now who should be accountable for the above penalty charges from the bank.
Regarding this, 2 tickets are already been created, but I am not getting any update on those tickets.
