Sending this again, as support continues to respond about the average value issue—which I already know and do not need clarification on. What I need is an explanation regarding the Breakdown section. As shown in the screenshot below, it displays only 11 stock entries, whereas I have purchased more through the Upstox app.
Note: Do not provide clarification about the average price. I am already fully aware of that, and up to this point it has never been the issue.
I am urgently seeking support. Support keep closing my requests without properly understanding the issue. Please review my last two Swiggy transactions and explain why they are not reflecting in the Breakdown section. This should be a straightforward check, not something complicated.
I have created multiple support requests regarding this issue, but no one has bothered to properly check it. Instead, I keep receiving standard copy‑paste responses that feel like automated bot or dead replies.
