Order Execution Issue While Placing GTT Order

I ordered Nifty 24550 PE in GTT and I tried to SQUARE OFF but it was not cancelling.. I tried all possible ways.. but ITS NOT EXITING THAT POSITION. It leads to heavy loss. Please check the Screenshot. I tried it on mobile as well as desktop . But it was not EXITING .. When i apply the button for cancel, its showing place new order.. i tried my all ways.. even i applied stop loss , that also not worked. It worked after sometime , that am already on loss. LAready sent mail and created ticket..

My apologies, the issue is not resolved yet. The confusion happened because I had created multiple tickets. What I meant to say is that when I try to square off my position in the app, it doesn’t get submitted. I tried multiple times, even on the desktop, but it still failed. After some time, it finally squared off. I would like to receive a call so I can explain it clearly. This the clarification that i got from Support. I agree wit that, but why its not squaring off in position in app as well as desktop.​

we have identified the following details regarding the issue you’re facing:

  1. GTT Order & Pre-placed Sell Order: You have successfully placed a GTT order and also placed a sell-side order in advance.

  2. Margin Error: When trying to square off the position, you encountered a margin error, which is actually valid. This error is occurring because you’re attempting to place a double sell order with insufficient funds.

To clarify, the system is preventing the execution of the second sell order as it would result in an order that exceeds your available margin.

Please ensure that there are sufficient funds to place the additional sell order or cancel one of the existing sell orders to avoid this conflict.

I would liek to request for refun around Rs 4900 on that issue..Its Really a Glitch of Upstox
