I raised ticket number 9708803 because a negative balance of Rs 2,000 is showing in my Upstox account. I have followed up with customer care, but they still haven’t explained why the negative balance appears and the query remains pending. After that, I tried to transfer my mutual fund to another demat account via CDSL, but the mutual fund is still active in Upstox and hasn’t been transferred. Please resolve both issues, as customer care is not responding to either.

Upstox still hasn’t reverted even after 19 days, and there’s no answer from their team ???
