My upstock account funds shown is ZERO

My upstock account funds shown is ZERO, but in withdrawal shown the full amount. Bank balance remains the same, upstock balance not yet credited to bank.What is it mean? Pls help

Hi @Shibin_Shooter,

Did you check your account between 12 AM and 5 AM? Between this time, the trading balance may temporarily show as zero due to routine system maintenance. During this window, the funds section may not display the tradable balance correctly, but your withdrawal balance will still show the actual amount and remains safe.

Any funds added or existing balance should reflect normally again after about 5ā€“5:30 AM. If the balance still doesnā€™t update after that, you can recheck once and let me know.
