Facing “poa” null error despite DDPI being activated – Requesting support

Hi Team,

I am currently facing an issue while connecting my Upstox account to a third-party trading platform (Quantower India) .

The error I am receiving is:

Error converting value {null} to type ‘System.Boolean’. Path ‘poa’
Inner exception: Null object cannot be converted to a value type.

I am not very technical, but it seems the system is receiving a null value for “poa”, which is causing the issue.

I would like to clarify that.

  1. DDPI is already activated in my account

  2. My account is active and fully functional

  3. Login and API connection are successful

However, when I try to proceed with trading activities, this error appears.

I request the team to please check from your end:

  1. Whether DDPI/POA status is correctly mapped in my account

  2. If there is any additional activation or configuration required

  3. Whether there have been any recent changes related to this field

This issue has been ongoing for some time and is affecting my trading workflow.

Kindly assist me in resolving this at the earliest.
