Hi Ushnota, I want to highlight to you a serious concern. Today i bought 1 lakh quantity shares of “Ease my Trip” through an intraday position. Because of the loss that I was incurring due to the share price drop, I was trying to convert the intraday position to Delivery. Although the funds were made available in my account before 3:15 p.m., I could not do that due to the technical glitch at upstox and my position was auto-squared off at the portal. The issue was raised with your team on call as well as with customer support, along with the relevant screenshot. However, there is no resolution provided. Can we please look into this. It’s more of an ethical business principle i expect from you guys.
