Enable Index Derivatives / F&O Market Data for my API app

Hi Team,
I have created an API app named SensexOptionAlerts (API key ends with bbcd).
I need access to Index Derivatives / F&O market data (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX options).

Please enable Market Data → Derivatives segment for my app.

If you have at least one active trading segment, you will have access to all market data endpoints.
No additional enablement is required from our end.
