Does Historical Candle Data API takes care of corporate actions?

Corporate actions like split, bonus needs to be adjusted in historical price of stock for correct analysis and backtesting? Does data provided by Upstox API handles that?

Any datapoint available from Upstox to identify which scrips have corporate actions in a day or week or month, so that we can fetch data again for those?
