Whats the difference between Plus Plan & Add-On Plan?
On android mobile app, when i am trying to create alert, it showed me option of Alert & place order using Add-On plan where brokerage is Rs.22/order whereas in laptop when i am trying to create alert, it showed me option of Alert & place order using Plus plan where brokerage is Rs.30/order.
Also for this feature why user have to pay extra brokerage while other brokers like grow, dhan, etc. are providing it for free. I dont think it doesnt make any sense for paying high brokerage.
This platform level difference is temporary. The Add-On Pack is already live on the Android app, which is why youâre seeing the âš22/order option there. On the web platform, the Add-On Pack rollout is still in progress and should be live in the next 4â5 days. Once itâs live on web, youâll see the same Add-On option there as well.
And, thanks for your feedback regarding the brokerage. Inputs like yours help us evaluate pricing, packaging and how we can make advanced tools more accessible to different kinds of traders.
Thanks for the update. It will be best, if such an useful feature is available for everyone at free of cost(no additional brokerage). As a trader, we are already lossing too much and STT charges will also increase and now paying additional brokerage, how a normal trader will earn if such things are happening.
May I know, why my post has been flagged and removed from community. Providing a blunt and genuine feedback that can improve the organisation is a crime then no one will give a genuine feedback and slowly customers will also loose interest.

Hi @Ushnota - I have activated Add-On Pack to use the feature Alert & Place Order. I have observed that it is working for Equity/Index Options/Futures but itâs not working for commodity segment. Can you please check and if itâs not available, then can your team work to enable for the same.
Just wanted to know why Add-On Plan is not applicable for Commodity segment? As per the below screenshot if i am charged additional brokerage for commodity segment, then i should be able to use the feature of Alert & Place Order as well. If the feature is not available for commodity then I should have been charged normal brokerage rather than âš22/order.
