Chart360 to allow both Call and Puts Charts

Hi Team,

Currently Chart360 has fixed SPOT charts on top charting window and then optionally below CE or PE chart can be placed, however often we need to watch both CE and PE charts simultaneously for making quick trading decision, hence can you allow two charts of our choice to be placed on Chart360 please ?

What is the process here to get answers from support team… or raising a support ticket is mandatory ?
