I had opened the account in dec 2023. During that time amc was 0 as far as remember. But suddenly negative balance of rupees 354 showed up in my account. If you are newly introducing the charge should properly inform through sms, email and WhatsApp message , so that I can know about the change . This is not fair. I mailed customer support yesterday, I got reply that i must pay the charge. I am not agree with it.
I want solution for this matter.
