Anyone received dividend from Nalco

It was mentioned as Rs 4 but the dividend I received amounts to only 3.6.

Total Dividend amount should be qty * 4 = dividend amount
but i get qty * 3.6 = dividend amount, wanted to know why?

Please note that this is due to the TDS of 10%. Have DMā€™ed you the exact breakup.
