as per your account opening Policy there will be no maintenance charges in my account but still you have charged 354 rs in my account.
Request to way off the charges.

While AMC may not have been charged earlier, it has now been introduced as part of our revised pricing policy. We had sent a prior notification by sending an email notifying you about the pricing plan change, 30 days prior to this update. I have not received any prior email or notification regarding the AMC charges. I kindly request you to waive off these charges as I was not informed about this update.
If this issue is not resolved, I will need to escalate the matter to Mr. Ravi Kumar and also raise it on social media platforms.
